
HOME WORKOUTS
Home workouts, 30 or 45 minute options can be done at any time. Please purchase your online on the day of use to avoid expiry.
6 Classes are available at any one time as follows;
Class 1: 45 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning.
Class 2: 45 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning with an optional extra 15 minutes with a longer stretch to avoid injury, and a relaxation piece if you have a lot of stress in your life.
Class 3: 30 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning.
Class 4: 30 Minute Upper Body and Core.
Class 5: 30 Minute Lower Body and Core.
Class 6: 30 Minute Runner’s Strength and Conditioning.

TUESDAY: 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
Location: Midleton GAA Club
(Across from Train Station)
TUESDAY: 8.30 – 9.15 p.m.
Location: Aghada Community Centre
THURSDAY: 7.00 – 7.45 p.m.
Location: Myplace Community Centre, Midleton.
(Across from Supervalu).

THURSDAY: 9:30am – 10:15am
Location: Midleton GAA (Across from the Train Station)
Thursday: 10:15am – 11:00am (Men only)
