Studio Classes for Connection and Motivation in a Group

  • Class Plan:  A 45 minute full body strength programme to drop body fat and improve lean muscle as well as a deep stretch to reduce the risk of injury.
  • Suitable for: Beginners to advanced.  Modifications are given for difficult exercises.  Runners gain a big advantage with strength and conditioning by avoiding injury.  Menopausal women will benefit by strengthening bones.  Anyone experiencing arthritis or worried about arthritis in the family.  
  • Equipment: Please bring either a Kettlebell or a set of Dumbbells.  You will also need a mat, a towel and some water.     
  • Where:  Classes are delivered in Midleton and Aghada in the East Cork area.  
  • Welcome:  You will receive a warm welcome and the advice if you are a beginner is to go at your own pace.    Pam has been on her own weight-loss journey and understands how daunting it can be coming in to the studio classes for the first time.
  • Price: Classes are run in 6 week blocks, drop an email to book.  

  

Studio Classes in East Cork

The studio classes are based in Midleton and Aghada, East Cork.  Pam has been teaching various fitness classes for 20 years and loves to share her knowledge and passion for fitness.  Pam’s Strength and Conditioning classes are very popular and class plans change every 6 weeks for best results.
