ONLINE CLASSES

Online (30 or 45 minute options) classes can be done at any time.  Please purchase your online on the day of use to avoid expiry.

5 Classes are available at any one time as follows;

Class 1: 45 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning.

Class 2: 45 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning with an optional extra 15 minutes with a longer stretch to avoid injury, great for runners and a relaxation piece if you have a lot of stress in your life.

Class 3: 30 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning.

Class 4: 30 Minute Upper Body and Core.

Class 5: 30 Minute Lower Body and Core.

MONDAY: 8:00 – 8:45 p.m.
Ballintotis Running Club (PRIVATE)

TUESDAY: 7:00 – 7:45 p.m.
Location: Midleton Boxing Club
(Next to Walsh Flooring)

TUESDAY: 8.30 – 9.15 p.m.
Location:
Aghada Community Centre

THURSDAY: 7.00 – 7.45 p.m.
Location: Myplace Community Centre, Midleton.  (Across from Supervalu).

CLASSES FOR OLDER ADULTS

THURSDAY: 9:30am – 10:15am 
Location: Midleton GAA (Across from the Train Station)

Thursday: 10:15am – 11:00am (Men only)
Location: Midleton GAA (Across from the Train Station)

Thursday: 11:00am – 11:45am
Location: Midleton GAA (Across from the Train Station)
